MEET THE TEAM!

Dr. Ally graduated from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Nutrition. While at UWL, Ally was a 4-year student athlete on the gymnastics team, qualifying for the NCGA championships three times and earning All-American honors in 2019.

Following graduation, Ally continued on to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2023. During this time, Ally began coaching gymnastics to stay involved with the sport and earned her certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

As a lifelong athlete, Ally has sustained many injuries requiring immense bouts of physical therapy. This has given her a unique perspective, as she understands the importance of creating a great patient-therapist relationship and providing unique, individualized care. Ally is passionate about addressing each problem from the source to provide comprehensive and long-lasting results.
